Everyone has had a chance to experience a creation at the delicious Cold Stone Creamery, right? Well, if you haven't, today is your lucky day. McGalpine Enterprises has opened a new Cold Stone Creamery, just minutes away from the Peace4Kids Compton Office. The owner, Cecily McGalpine wanted to bring a new franchise into an area where there isn't much variety and wanted to partner up with an organization serving youth in the Compton area. What a coincidence, Peace4Kids fits those demographics perfectly. Ms. McGalpine was ecstatic to come across Peace4Kid's information and said "this is exactly what I'm looking for". This partnership will be more than just an in kind donation, McGalpine Enterprises wants to be a constant supporter of Peace4Kids. We hope to have combined programs to do so much more in this community.

On opening day of the Compton Cold Stone, 50% of the proceeds were given to Peace4Kids! More exciting news is three of our youth auditioned, which is Cold Stone's version of an interview, and were hired. Congratulations to Jainiqua, Stephanie and LaBrieall! What a sweet deal!
