George is a 17-year-old young man who has demonstrated remarkable leadership as a self-advocate for change in the foster care system. As a participant at Peace4Kids, George has created “Project Homebound,” an initiative to raise awareness about the tragic homelessness that faces most youth after transitioning from the foster care system at age 18. George is an accomplished artist, having directed a music video for a member of the Black Eyed Peas. |
